Upload file to cuttimg machine software and arrange pieces to cut out. Please note is making changes to size make sure to do all layers at once in order to make sure the pieces fit together.
Cut out pieces and glue the layers together. Red on bottom, then white, followed by cat face and then place the white trim and pompom on top.
Repeat the process for as many Santa cats as needed for desired lenth of banner.
String the pieces together and Viola!
